Class Descriptions
All of our classes are 60 minutes (excluding: Ashtanga Yoga, a 90 minute class & Yoga Nidra, a 75 minute class) and our yoga teachers are trained to provide ALL Levels classes, ALL The Time. We are a Hatha- based Yoga studio with various yoga style influences that shine through with each instructor (ex. Ashtanga, Anusara, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Kids Yoga, etc.) A We encourage you to honor your body & practice where you're at that day/moment! Some days we touch our toes and some days we don't-- that's OK! Our range of yoga classes create the opportunity to learn options for moving forward in your practice, when you're ready.
Yoga Pulse Heated Flow 8:00am (Mon-Fri) & 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Our 60 minute hot yoga class is heated to 102-104 degrees with 50% humidity. Our classes are All Levels, All The Time. Breath and movement are linked throughout our specific Yoga Pulse sequencing of poses to help the body move with more easy and create more depth in your practice. All Yoga Pulse teachers are trained and skilled in offering modifications; creating more space, utilizing prop support, and/or more challenging variations, depending on your intention. We encourage you to honor your body & practice where you're at that day! Some days we touch our toes and some days we don't-- that's OK! This is also an opportunity to learn options for moving forward in your practice when you're ready. Each Heated Flow class ends with aroma therapy (essential oils), and a fresh, cold towel!
Inspired Unheated Flow (All Levels) 8:30am (Mon & Wed) & 9:00am (T, Th, Fri)
This 60 minute, All Levels Unheated Flow class is typically taught in the Green Room. We have various teachers offering this unheated flow class in their personal yoga style accounting for client/student preference and disposition to help guide the class. Every class begins with a short/light meditation to gather and build your breath for the practice. Throughout the class, all movement is synchronized with your breath as you are guided through postures. Mindfulness and body awareness are promoted and encouraged throughout each class. The structure of this class is a little slower than our Heated Flow classes; with time to turn your focus inward and make any necessary adjustments-- with the help of the instructor or on your own. It's a great way to practice the foundation of each pose (asana)-- and a great way to start your day!

Unheated Yin 7:30pm (Mon-Thurs)
Our 60 minute Unheated Yin class takes place after our Heated Flow Class, Monday - Thursday evening at 7:30pm. When you first walk into class, the room is slightly warm but continues to cool down as the class progresses. For Unheated Yin, we keep the room dimly lit with candlelight to promote a sense of calm and allow you to really focus on your own practice without external distraction. Each class begins with a meditation and breath-work to help restore your vitality. Traditionally, Yin yoga works from the area of the navel to the knees, and the principles of Yin yoga can be applied to any of the body's tissues. However, the primary focus is the lower body because we tend to hold more tension in this area as we age. The poses are sequenced in a non-exhaustive manner (less "flow" and more "static stretching"), each pose (asana) is held for 10-18 breaths (or 2-4 minutes) which results in a deeper, more thorough stretch. This class is less about muscular release, and more about supporting your Yin tissues-- tendons, ligaments, etc.
If you've been sitting at a desk all day, are tired but need a good stretch? This class is perfect for you!
Aerial Yoga (with Hammock Silks)
Monday, 10am Grounded Aerial: Level 1
Wednesday, 6:15pm Aerial Conditioning: Level 2 | 7:30pm Advanced Aerial: Level 3
Friday, 10:30am Grounded Aerial: Level 1
Our 60 minute Aerial Hammock Yoga class is accessible to all ages and all levels. We just ask that you get your doctors permission before hopping into a class. This class offers an authentic yoga practice, accompanied by a soft, sturdy hammock from which we explore, refine, and advance our practice. In this class, you will practice asanas on your mat and in the hammock, often times incorprating both the ground and the hammock at the same time. All of our teachers are professionally trained Aerialists and registered yoga teachers. They will teach you how to use the hammock to defy gravity (or use it to your advantage) to relax and restore, or realign and uplift. Each teacher has a different combination or sequence they will guide you through. Sincee we only have 6 hammocks, there is plenty of time to interact with our teachers one-on-one and get deeper into the practice both physically and mentally.
This is by far our most popular class and books up quickly! Be sure to book this class using our MINDBODY app or calling us during business hours.

Yang to Yin
Friday, 5:45pm-6:45pm
This 60 minute class aims to build the heat and then slowly wind down into a slow flow, and finish with static, Yin-related, stretching. You'll become aware of the various tissues inside your body, and how your body responds to the supportive practices yoga provides. This class will warm you up quick, utilizing the mindful breath, and synchronize that breath with the asanas of the flow. This breath-&-asana connection helps to not only connect your body and mind but also detox and purify it. Teacher assisted stretching and adjustments are available-- with most taking place near the end of class. This is an energizing & refreshing class! It will inspire you, and put a little "pep in your step"!
